Channel zapping delays are inconveniences that often experienced by the subscribers of Internet protocol television (IPTV). It is a major bottleneck in IPTV channels switching system affect quality experience users. Consequently, numerous approaches to minimize delay have been suggested. However, there little knowledge reported literature on determination strength evidence presented reducing IPTV, which prime purpose this study.
